Workshop for your team

Practical AI training on your own workflow

Your team learns AI on the tasks it actually has, with the tool you use. That includes how to check results and which data may go into which tool.

What makes this training different

Your tasks, not sample slides

Beforehand we pick one to three everyday tasks of your team with you, such as preparing quotes, answering emails or summarising documents. The training works on those.

Your tool

We practise with what you use or plan to use: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or a local AI.

Safe use is part of it

Which data may go into which tool, how to check results and how to spot manipulated content in third-party documents and emails. This comes from an information security consultancy.

How it works

  1. Preliminary call

Which tasks, which tool, which data, how many participants. We agree duration and format, on site or online, at this stage.

  2. Preparation

We build the exercises on your tasks, using sample data or documents you release for the purpose.

  3. Training

A short introduction, then work on your own tasks: writing instructions, checking results, recognising limits.

  4. Afterwards

One page of ground rules for your team and an overview of content and participants for your records.

Content

  • What language models do well and where they make mistakes, shown on your own tasks
  • Writing instructions that produce usable results
  • Checking results: sources, figures, invented details
  • Which data may go into which tool, following your own rules
  • Recognising manipulated instructions in third-party documents and emails (prompt injection)
  • When a recurring task is a candidate for a fixed solution

Occasion: Article 4 of the EU AI Act

Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies that deploy AI systems to take measures on the AI literacy of their staff. Under the amended version in force since 27 July 2026, the development of this literacy is to be promoted; neither a specific level for each individual nor a specific format is required.

Training on your own tasks is an obvious measure, and the overview of content and participants helps with documentation. Which further measures you need depends on how you use AI.

Professional assessment, not legal advice. As of October 2026.

After the training

A task that comes back every week?

Training often reveals a task that suits a fixed solution, such as moving receipts into a spreadsheet or pre-sorting a mailbox. That is what the AI starter packages are for.

Using AI without the cloud

If your data should not leave your organisation, a local AI can be the tool for the training and for daily work.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI training mandatory for companies?

Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies that deploy AI systems to take measures on the AI literacy of their staff. Since the amendment of July 2026 this means: the development of AI literacy is to be promoted; a specific level for each individual is not required. The article does not prescribe a format or certificate. Practical training is one such measure; what else you need depends on how you use AI. This is a professional assessment, not legal advice.

Which AI tool is the training based on?

The one your team uses or will use, for example Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or a local AI. If you have not decided yet, we show the differences on your tasks.

Do we have to provide real documents?

No. We work with sample data modelled on your tasks. If you wish, we add documents you release for the training.

Who is the training for?

For teams that use AI in their daily work or are about to, no prior knowledge needed. A separate part for managers who decide on its use can be added.

What does the training cost?

You receive a fixed price after the preliminary call. It depends on duration, number of participants and preparation effort.

Which task should your team handle with AI?

Name one to three tasks and the tool you use. We will propose a format and scope.
